Ultimate Concessions is owned and operated by Blake and Chelsey Moutoux. They started out as funnel cake fryers and quickly realized the potential and profitability of this industry. By stepping up ranks and assuming more responsibility, in a few short years both Blake and Chelsey were managing the entire operation within Slugger Field. They managed the whole operation while maintaining complete full-time status for the entirety of college.

Our Story

Chelsey graduated from Bellarmine University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and is currently a nurse at Norton Healthcare in the cardiac ICU. Blake graduated from the University of Louisville in 2015 with an Accounting degree. Blake accepted a full-time position as a Financial Institution Auditor for Crowe Horwath. Regardless of starting their full-time careers, they agreed to manage Slugger Field for one last season in 2016. Blake and Chelsey decided after the last season that their passion was in this industry and formed their own LLC, thus, Ultimate Concessions was formed! Since then their company and operation has grown exponentially. Ultimate Concessions has expanded their products into Jim Patterson, Lynn Stadium, Cardinal Stadium and Yum! Center. With stadiums and venues in mind, Ultimate Concessions is looking to further expand their business and livelihood to achieve the ultimate goal.
